About this role

We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is a true generalist role: you'll be a go-to partner across the company, supporting Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce, Marketing, and beyond with the reporting and insights they need to make smarter decisions.

One day you might be building a sales report for our store teams, the next you're digging into wholesale account performance or helping Marketing understand what's driving results. You'll work with data from every corner of the business, which means you'll see how it all connects and have a real hand in shaping where we go next.

You'll join a small, forward-thinking team that's rethinking the role of data at Brighton. Your work will be visible, your ideas will be heard, and you'll have plenty of room to grow. If you love variety, enjoy solving problems, and want to see your analysis make an impact, we'd love to meet you.

This role reports to the Head of Data & Analytics.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Build and own reporting for our retail stores, wholesale accounts, ecommerce, and marketing teams

  • Analyze sales, customer, and channel performance to spot trends and opportunities

  • Forecast results and measure the impact of campaigns, initiatives, and business changes

  • Support customer data work including segmentation, data hygiene, and CRM and loyalty analytics

  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to answer questions and build scalable data solutions

  • Turn complex findings into clear, actionable stories for non-technical audiences

Here's what you'll bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a data-focused or technical application support role

  • Strong SQL skills (any variant)

  • Proficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript, PHP, or .NET

  • Expert Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups

  • Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, trustworthy data

  • The ability to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams

  • A root-cause mindset: you ask "why," establish the facts, and understand the problem before proposing solutions

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the follow-through to take solutions from idea to done

  • Ownership of your work and a focus on results that move the business forward

  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Natural curiosity and a drive to answer questions with data

We'd love if you also have:

  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Sigma, Tableau, Mode, Metabase)

  • Background in retail, wholesale, or omnichannel data (POS, sell-through, inventory)

  • Experience with CRM, CDP, or ESP platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, Segment)

  • Familiarity with A/B testing or incrementality measurement

  • Working knowledge of CCPA/CPRA and customer data privacy

We offer

  • Competitive salary and incentives

  • Inclusive benefits package including 401(k), medical, dental, and vision

  • Generous paid time off

  • Professional development and growth opportunities

  • Collaborative and innovative work environment

About Brighton

In 1972, our founders Jerry and Terri Kohl set out with a simple but bold idea: create beautifully crafted accessories that feel personal, meaningful, and made to last. They believed that artistry matters and that customers should be treated like lifelong friends. That belief still fuels us today.

At Brighton's headquarters, you'll find a community of passionate creators, problem-solvers, and innovators. Our buying team imagines what's next, our account specialists and shipping experts keep our nationwide network moving with precision, and our in-house artisans bring each design to life with extraordinary skill. We even have dedicated teams who restore and refresh beloved pieces so they can continue their journey with the people who cherish them.

Joining us means stepping into a place where heritage craftsmanship meets forward-thinking design. We're a company grounded in heart, yet always reaching for what's possible. Here, you're not just part of a brand, you're part of building the future of retail, one thoughtfully crafted handbag, necklace, and charm at a time.
